This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to Tribufu websites, APIs, accounts, hosting, game servers, storage, networking and other Services. You are responsible for content, applications and traffic generated through your account and by people you authorize to use it.

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Services to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights, privacy or intellectual property; host or distribute child sexual abuse material or facilitate exploitation of minors.
• Distribute malware, run botnets, phishing, fraud, spam or bulk messaging without valid recipient consent.
• Attack, overload, intercept or access systems, accounts or networks without authorization; scan third-party vulnerabilities without permission.
• Host command-and-control infrastructure, open proxies or services that facilitate abuse; bypass blocks, resource limits or security measures.
• Incite unlawful violence or hatred, threaten people, or disclose third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads that harm Service stability without express authorization.

2. Security and third-party data

Keep credentials secure, software up to date and backups appropriate to your needs. If you process other people’s personal data through the Services, you are responsible for defining the purpose and legal basis, informing data subjects and meeting applicable obligations; Tribufu acts as a processor when handling that data under your instructions. Do not submit data without the necessary rights or legal basis.

3. Investigation and enforcement

We may review reports and abuse signals proportionately. Depending on risk and severity, we may request remediation, limit traffic, remove clearly unlawful content, suspend or terminate a Service, including without advance notice where needed to stop harm, comply with law or protect infrastructure. Where feasible, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contest the measure. Record retention and disclosure follow the law and Privacy Policy.

4. Reporting abuse

Send reports to the contact below with relevant URLs or IPs, dates, description and evidence. Avoid unnecessary personal data. Tribufu may request further details and refer reports to authorities where legally required.
